Andalucía Loves You.

Andalusia is the land of a blend of cultures, the Muslim, South American and European. Flamenco dance, native to Andalusia has evolved from dance and traditions from India to the South of Spain. The positioning of the hands in Flamenco reminds us of the mudras, or position of the hands in Hindu and yoga.
Recently more and more Yoga schools and retreats are making their home in this mysterious region. Including La Alpujarra, an enigmatic mountainous area in the South, is home to the first Western Lama. Lama Osel was reincarnated as an Andalusian boy in 1985.

Andalucia, the brightest region

In the majority of Andalusia there are 300 days of sunlight per year. Your Andalusian vacation is by default guaranteed to be sunny and bright.

Andalusia is a land of contrasts, it has the mountains with the most precipitation in Spain, the Sierra of Grazalema in Cádiz and the only desert in Europe, the Tabernas desert in Almeria, where the least amount of rain is recorded, in Cabo de Gata.

The temperatures are very mild, the average yearly temperature in Andalusia being over 60ºF (16ºC). Come and recharge your soul in the sun of Southern Europe!

The Avg. high - low temperature Cº (ºF) per year is over 21.6 (70.9) - 15.4 (59.7)

Avg. rainy days (≥ 1.0 mm) per year is over 52
