Patricia is a student of Saraswati Jois in KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Her aim is come back every year to keep inspired and inspire others.

Beach & Meditation Yoga Retreat
Focusing on improving your well-being on all levels; finding a sense of balance through your practice and learning how to make better dietary choices to achieve optimum nutrition and health.
For this yoga retreat, we´ve chosen the spiritual house "La Inmaculada" along the ocean shore at El Puerto de Santa María at the Cadiz Bay where you will enjoy an individual room with a private bathroom and ocean views. You will be able to stroll through the gardens, along the beach and hear the ocean and the birds singing from your room.
Enjoy three delicious 100% vegetarian meals daily. This delicious diet is planned to complement your spiritual practice and to clear the body of toxins. You'll return home feeling rejuvenated, light and healthy! An integral approach to a balanced life.
INFORMATION ABOUT HOUSE AND ITS SURROUNDINGSLa Inmaculada house is a very large building with many common areas. It offers an immense garden with a canopy pine and palm trees and a private entrance to the beach.
The dining room consists of a huge picture window with views of the gardens. There are various living rooms where we can rest on comfortable sofas.
We'll practice yoga in a room with large picture windows with views of the garden.
INFORMATION ABOUT ROOM AND BOARD
You'll have an individual room with a private bathroom and ocean views. The bedrooms are simple yet new and fully equipped with a bed, desk and closet.
With advanced notice, double rooms are available for couples. All of the bedrooms have a private bathroom and ocean views. Make your reservation ASAP, these rooms are limited!

HATHA, VINYASA and GENTLE YOGA.On this retreat you'll be able to practice different styles of yoga. In the morning we'll start the day with Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, breathing exercises. We'll work on all aspects of yoga: balance, strength and flexibility.
In the evening you'll be able to participate in our Vinyasa Yoga class daily.
You will be able to join a gentle or slow yoga class every morning and evening. So all ages are welcome!

WHAT TO DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?
RELAX AND COMFORTDuring your free time you'll be able to stroll through the gardens or have a swim on the beach with a private entrance from the facility. Read and relax in the sun beneath the pine trees listening to the sounds of the ocean, the breeze and the birds.
On Wednesday evening we'll have a workshop on office yoga by Johanna Stolze.
Do not forget you will be by the sea, so you always can enjoy water sports and other activities:
Windsurf: Introduction course 8 hours, 2 hours from Monday until Thursday, 125 euros. (It is needed a minimum of 5 participants)
You can join other water activities like Surf and paddle surf.

FAQsAre activities included in the yoga retreat? Activities are paid separate, this way you can choose the ones you prefer. Once you arrive, we'll reserve your favorite activities for you.
How can I get to the yoga retreat? The best option is to rent a car from the airport for your entire stay. It´s cheaper than a taxi and that way you can enjoy the freedom of transportation every day on the retreat.
I need a special diet, can you provide it? Of course! As long as you let us know before your arrival, we can prepare the diet you need. For example, if you are gluten intolerant, vegan, or have any other special diet needs.
Are cancellations allowed? You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the retreat. If you cancel after the allotted time period you'll lose the deposit or you can transfer it to another guest.
What should I bring? Bring comfortable clothing for practicing yoga, a swimsuit, beach towel, sunscreen, and a yoga mat although we provide all yoga materials.

1 Booking:(A) Your payment is refundable up to 60 days before the start date of yoga retreat. After that date the course can be changed by another course or person according to our availability and discretion.Cancellation charges are detailed in terms and conditions, paragraph 7.

More About Nora Draganova with Lucia Yoga Retreat in Spain

An equilibrium between our physical, mental and spiritual self is required in order to achieve a state of tranquillity and peace both from the inside and outside. This as a result can help not only you and your life, but also everyone that becomes part of it.
It's my ambition to help you find your inner peace both on and off the mat, and allow you to learn more about the importance of food and nutrition in the maintenance of health.
Since a very early age Nora has been passionate about health and well-being and their promotion through a healthy diet and physical activity. She performed professional Latin American and ballroom dancing for more than 7 years and found the expression of ideas and emotions through movement fascinating and stimulating.
Later on, her strong interest in diet and health lead her to selecting a degree in Food Studies and Nutrition at the University of Leeds. This further expanded her understanding on the role of diet in the prevention and treatment of diseases and the maintenance of optimum health.

Her yoga journey began over 10 years ago after moving to the UK, where she regularly participated in various yoga/meditation classes and workshops. Inspired by the philosophy of yoga and amazed by how the practice affected her personal balance and overall well-being, by reducing stress and physical tension, Nora began to study the subject of yoga and its many applications in more depth.
A yoga retreat is a great opportunity for the participants to fully immerse themselves in the practice while being away from home and their busy everyday lives filled with responsibilities and other external distractions, allowing them to relax, enjoy and be fully present in the moment. It's also a good opportunity to meet new people and make valuable connections for the future.
Following years of dedicated practice and a growing passion to help other people achieve their health goals on both physical and emotional level Nora completed Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. Since qualifying she has taught a number of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes aimed at all levels. She enjoys teaching those that are new to yoga as well participants that are more experienced and are looking to further develop their practice.
Nora encourages growth on both physical and spiritual level, and draws inspiration from various philosophical and spiritual disciplines. Her teaching style incorporates asana practice with modification and progression options to suit individual abilities, as well as various pranayama and relaxation techniques
