Deepen your yoga practice
This yoga retreat is the ideal place for you to begin to deepen your knowledge and experience of a physical yoga practice and to learn about and experience other aspects of yoga. This is the ideal opportunity to take some time out and ‘re-set’ from the day to day pressures of life.

You will share your time in the retreat with a small group of people. Enjoy sharing your yoga practice and learning. There will be plenty of time also to be alone, to explore, or just to enjoy the Spanish sun.
