The Art of Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slow, yet powerful practice that targets the yin tissues of the body (fascia, bones, ligaments & joints), and supports overall wellness and balance. As an integrative practice, yin naturally lends itself to mindful and meditative states of mind, which can lead to full-bodied awareness and soul-full transformation.

The Science of Mind-Body Psychology: The science of psychology offers you an integrative approach to relating to yourself with compassionate curiosity and provides a loving channel for transformational living and deeper inner fulfillment.

The Ritual of Living Yoga Everyday: Rituals are part of everyday life and often include habits of daily living that support structure, nourishment and balance. When the practices of yoga are offered as rituals for daily living, your life becomes a prayer and everyday is an opportunity for tuning into the deeper messages of your soul to rejuvenate, to heal and to transform.

    General Daily Schedule:
  • 7:30-9:00am: Morning Yoga Practice
  • 9:00-10:00am: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 1:30: Workshop
  • 1:30-2:30pm: Lunch
  • 2:30 – 5:00pm: Rejuvenation Time
  • 5:00-7:300pm: Evening Yoga Practice
  • 7:30 – 9:00pm: Dinner
*On the final day we will have a closing ritual prior to lunch
*On day with Alhambra trip, yoga schedule will be modified


The retreat is located at Pinos Puente, Granada, Spain. This is 20 min from Granada airport, 2h 30 min from Sevilla airport, or 1h 15 min from Malaga airport.

If you wish to have an airport transfer from Malaga we are happy to organize for you both pick up and drop off in time for your flight after the retreat. You can also get to the house via train or bus to Granada. Both, buses and trains, leave Malaga or Sevilla city regularly throughout the day and we can come pick you up from the bus/train station in Granada.

Kendra’s teaching style is grounded in the wisdom of yoga, the depth of psychological development and the practices of spirit-centered leadership. She believes in the transformational power of yoga as a path to self-discovery, healing and joy. Since beginning her yoga studies in 2002, she’s continually experienced the deep personal, physical and spiritual benefits available through the practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and ritual. As a yoga teacher, PhD in transpersonal psychology, tantrik practitioner, energy healer and trained somatic practitioner, she offers the teachings of yoga from an integrative lens that combines these healing modalities in an accessible way. Her aim as a yoga teacher is offer the technologies of yoga in a practical way that empowers modern yogis to connect with their deeper wisdom to live passionate and extraordinary lives
