Ireland. I began my love affair with yoga 13 years ago as a means to manage stress and after my first class I was hooked. However, like all great love stories, I broke up and made up with Yoga many times whilst dabbling with boot camps, boxing, dance and eventually running. It was through running that I reunited with my first love, using yoga to help with injuries and performance.
Now a passionate yogi, Maite was once a reluctant first time student. She saw her life change after just one yoga class. As Maite inhaled her first conscious breaths in that class in Colombia, she felt that she was connecting to her truest self. And so Maite began to combine her two passions, Yoga and Exploring the World. After earning a 500 hour RYT Hatha Yoga Certificate in California, she became a traveling yoga teacher.

She is a Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher and was trained by Brian Cooper, author of 'The Art of Adjusting'. To date she has completed over 400 hours of training, and since gained over 2000 hours of teaching experience.
Janet began practicing yoga in 2010 and loved how her body was challenged, the calming effect(s) it had on her mind, allowed her to approach life differently. Her quest to deepen her knowledge of the mind/body connection yoga offers brought her to Nicaragua where she studied with Master Trainer Meghan Currie. Her classes incorporate Hatha and Vinyasya styles of yoga, and she is eager so share her knowledge and passion for yoga with her students everywhere.

I am dedicated to sharing the Yoga tradition and lifestyle with my students and am recognised for my ability to conduct warm and inviting breath led classes that foster a grounded and calming environment
Practising yoga in various traditions for over 20 years, Debbie qualified as a yoga teacher at the International Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Centre in Himalaya, India in 2009. Since her return, she became a teacher with Yogaprema and curently works with them leading Yoga classes in Bristol, UK. She also established a Health at Work yoga programme for Bristol City Council leading classes for employees and now has other corporate clients like Airbus and the MOD.
UK. Lucy is trained in Dru Yoga - a gentle, flowing and slow yoga that is accessible to all bodies. She calls it #nostressyoga because she wants you to experience yoga that causes no stress to body or mind, and yoga that helps to ease the stresses of daily life.
Her classes are always accompanied by a carefully crafted music playlist and she doesn't care if you don't know your Downward Dogs from your Camel Pose, or if you get your left and right mixed up! Everyone is welcome to join Lucy for an inclusive yoga session.
USA/Germany. Aloha, I'm Cory. Yoga teacher, breath coach, and Lomi Lomi Nui practitioner with a passion for the ocean, traveling, and brownies. Yoga has taught me how to find balance and look for the calm within myself admidst the chaos. I offer a very gentle, trauma-sensitive yoga style with a focus on tuning into your body and connecting with your breath. Thanks to my own experience I now help people tackle their fears and realize that they are their own most powerful resource. Can't wait to meet you! Namaste & One love.

Her yoga journey began over 10 years ago after moving to the UK, where she regularly participated in various yoga/meditation classes and workshops. Following years of dedicated practice and a growing passion to help other people achieve their health goals on both physical and emotional level Nora completed Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. Since qualifying she has taught a number of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes aimed at all levels.
